Framing a Interior Wall | Remodel Part 2
Переглядів 342Рік тому
In this weeks video I put up a non load bearing wall that will eventually hold a TV and a faux fireplace. I was able to use all the scrap lumber from the demo and only used what I had to fasten them all together. Enjoy! Tool Totes and Tool Boxes? Do you use them? Ep25
Not sure if you can use a treated 4x4
For those of us with no real carpentry experience, what size wood is good to use for a step? In this video did you use a 2x4 or 2x6? Also can it be cut with a handheld circular saw? I don’t have the saw you used in this video. Thanks!!
God please don't be one of those people that think tile on top of a countertop is cool. It might be easy but it's really a bad idea for multiple reasons and long-term not sustainable.
They didn't give you a grounding kit to screw onto the top?
Loved this vid...I am no carpenter and your video really helped me...thank you for sharing .
I'm about to attemp this using 20 minute drywall mud.
Thank you for this review, I have been looking at them but skeptical because of the lower price. I will pick one up now. Thanks.
Good job. Slow down a bit showing how boards are placed in the building part. Tks
Thanks
Thanks
Never mind, I found it... obviously.
So where's the reaction video to the reaction video to this video?
What is the diameter or radius of this router? Mm or inches would be helpful. Thank you
Was looking at that for my new shop, appreciate the mention of the weight!
Have you ever tried the little red elastic covers? They are a little thicker than balloons, kind of condoms for glue and caulk! They are really cheap
Love the tip and the “new” camera! Have one myself!
Can’t believe you are successfully using a harbor freight router! I had one that was a hot piece of garbage! Congratulations on a good channel! I still use other hf stuff, not a hater just didn’t like the router!
So after Preston wiped off, what if a couple of areas of wool look darker than others?
What happened to the curtain he was hanging in front of the door? I wanted to see how that worked out. 😂🤣
Great video Thanks for sharing 👍
Genius! Thank you!
Great idea thanks from Texas
Swatting one with a tennis racket, etc (IF you can) causes it to emit a warning to the other bees and they stay away. Over a few days time they leave. Much more labor intensive, but when it's all ya got...
12.52 x2 = $25? Where did $50 come from?
I hate math
Thanks for a no-nonsense description of what wood to use.
Thank you
Excellent work❤
Ours worked and for some reason the bees around here must be stupid because Wheatfields one of those jars halfway with dead bees before we emptied it
What kind of wood are you using?
Thanks
Very helpful. Thank you!
What is the exact name and color of that stain please?
Great job‼️
Is this drill strong enough to start a fs 56 weed eater? Would it have enough torque to start an fs 56 ?
Nice and easy. Thanks
I would worry about cracking from the mud. A way to avoid that would be to use a little wood glue in your mud mixture. Works like a dream.
that's clever
Thanks! Helps a lot
I read somewhere that having a bee ir two in the trap increses other bees coming in. Maybe wrap the jar so other bees cant see them? (Note- i read this, and have no idea if bees can "see" or if they operate on something different. Yes. I consider myself a bee idiot, just sharing what i read )😂
FYI- Purple Heart can leach out oils that may be really bad for some people.
As one commenter stated pva binding glue or some type non-water-based sealer like primer should be used prior to mud. Videos are like seeing food on tv and the host telling you how good it smells.
Thanks for sharing. Do the traps have to be "primed" with anything to attract them?
Thanks, that was a big help!
OMYGOODNESS!!! I said I should not have to use a saw for this.. and when I say use I mean buy one....😆😆. Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤ oh my goodness I think I love you 🥰
Beautiful kitchen!
Thank you! 😊
Any videos of this actually working? Everybody makes videos on how to make them but they don’t work
Yes. I caught 15 this year already. Pretty crazy!
Is this any danger to true bumblebees?
No other insects have entered my carpenter bee traps for years, not bumblebees, honey bees, or wasps.
The drill bit destroys plastic on the jig, how to prevent this?
Pretty neat! Where did you get your brand?
My wife used a company on Etsy.
He can't demo. he love to talk.
